We had our first planning session a couple of weeks ago at Matty's place. The three of us clustered round a couple of laptops with the marvellous Memory Map software displayed on Matty's TV. For the purists among you, we had the paper OS maps too, we just didn't open them.
The B&Bs for the two nights are booked, now we just need to fight over who has to share a room with Matty. Detailed Route planning is yet to be done, and exact pubs to be taken in en route are yet to be planned. Day 2 looks like a whopper at just over 18 miles :-/

Welcome to the Beery Hikers' blog
Hi everyone. This is the blog of the Beery Hikers. This year will be our third annual cross-country charity pub-crawl. We'll be walking from Tunbridge Wells to Shoreham-by-sea (about 50 miles) over three days, via as many pubs as is sensible.
Our chosen charity this year is the Multiple Sclerosis Society as one of our original team, who won't be joining us this time due to work commitments, was diagnosed with MS this year.
